Poetry, theater, rap, dance and music, along with tons of positive energy, are just some of Chella Chella’s facets. Their piece ‘MONEYFESTATION’ is testament of what it means to be “soul-rich”, and calling in the material and non-material abundance in your life. ‘MONEYFESTATION’ is a part of Chella Chella’s theaterplay ‘YONIVERSE’, and features Sliscobars on beats.
Chella Chella is also tapped into the worlds of film, spoken word, modeling, styling and makeup. With all this creative drive, they create stories about queerness, blackness, decolonization and spiritual healing. Constantly expanding their artistry, as well as redefining artistry universally, Chella Chella was the recipient of the AFK Amsterdamprijs voor de Kunst 2021.
